At the end of each season, the Salt Road, the 4-km stretch that runs along the famous Almanarre beach, regains its calm and becomes pedestrianized again, the perfect spot for a stroll. Some people walk or cycle the route, while others try their hand at scooters.
It's the perfect spot for taking sunset photos. For others, it's perfect for enjoying the winter sun and the relaxing sound of the waves. The birds of Les Salins also enjoy their resting period. Headlands are available for photographing or observing them.
Only access to the Giens Peninsula is a little more restricted by car (only the port road, La Capte... allows access). In any case, if you want to enjoy this exceptional panorama, there are parking lots at the ends of the road.
