A pin-up is a representation of a sexy woman , drawn or photographed, hence the Anglo-Saxon expression " pin-up girl " which could be translated into French as " young woman pinned to the wall ". The word was used for the first time in 1941. Since their appearance, pin-ups have remained a symbol of charm and regularly brought up to date, as for the illustrations of Mr Loizo.
