Original Loizo illustration, NEW PAPER 270gr Lithographic type.
Signed by the artist and dry stamp of origin affixed.

It is the Mucem architect, Rudy Ricciotti, who is responsible for the renovation of Place Clémenceau in the town centre of Hyères les Palmiers.
It features the characteristic motifs of the MUCEM and the use of concrete for around sixty shade structures that frame the square. These shapes are inspired by the 19th-century cast iron plaques from Hyères. The square's 19,500m² includes: a large 1,300m² rose window in its center (reminiscent of a square in Rome), 70 trees (citrus fruits, bitter orange trees, 6 plane trees and 3 hackberry trees),
A carousel, children's games, and ground misters for families. The statue of the Duke of Anjou has been restored and relocated. On Place Clemenceau, there are water features with a dry fountain, meaning it has no standing water and is in a closed circuit.
A room is reserved for the Office of Commerce and Crafts (OCAH) and the Arts Trail to "inform and present the riches of the city center and the upper town."
The new Place Clemenceau is now a marvel in the heart of the city. It is the largest square in the Var region.
